Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Spring is officially here (well almost in London), market stalls are overflowing with delicious berries and fruits. We wanted to share one of our favourite Smoothie Bowl recipes. It's quick to prepare, delicious to eat, with most ingredients being able to be bought in bulk and kept in the freezer.

Makes 1 generous portion.

Cooking time – Under 5 minutes.

· 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice.

· 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or yogurt of choice).

· 1 Banana

· 1 Handful of Blueberries

· ½ cup Coconut Milk

· Garnish with Chia and Pumpkin seeds

Place the Banana, Blueberries, Yogurt, Milk and Protein Powder in a blender. You may want to add a few cubes of ice if you are using unfrozen Blueberries and Bananas.

Blend on a medium speed until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Pour the contents into a bowl. Garnish with seeds.
