Once you have completed your order with skimmed milk, we will aim to process your order and have your products shipped within 1 working day. At peak times, there may be a delay. Orders placed after 2pm will begin being processed on the next working day. Please note Saturday and Sunday and UK public holidays are not counted as working days.

Once shipment has been made we will email you with confirmation that your purchase is on its way. You will also be able to track your order via your online account.


Shipping costs depend on where you live in the world.

UK – the cost is £4.50 for orders under £65. Orders over this will be free.

Rest of the World - the cost is £10 for orders under £125. Orders over this will be free.

We currently use Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service. You will be given a tracking number to check where your purchase is when it has been shipped. Delivery times after shipment are

UK: 1 to 2 working days.

Europe: 3 to 5 working days.

Rest of the World: 5 to 7 working days.

Please note once the goods have been despatched, we can not alter the delivery address.


As all orders are shipped directly from the London. You may depending on where you live be susceptible to incurring customs fees. These fees will be charged once the package has reached the destination country.

You as the customer are liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes charged by the country you live in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

The total of your order as displayed on the checkout does include any additional duties required. The carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Skimmed Milk, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.


If you are not entirely happy with your skimmed milk purchase, then we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase or exchange with no quibble as long as the following apply:

  • Your items are unworn and in resalable condition.

  • Have the original swing tags still attached

  • You order makes it back to us within 28 days of delivery.

If all the above apply then simply follow the return instructions enclosed with your order. If you have lost your paperwork, email us at please contact us at and we will send out a duplicate.

Please send your order back to us on time. We suggest using a tracked service so you can see where you parcel has been. We can't accept any liability for lost or delayed items that are sent back to us.

Once the product has been received by us, you will be notified by email. Once the return has been inspected and approved you will either by notified that a replacement has been sent or a credit has been made. Any credit made will be to your original means of payment.
